Welcome to a safe space that honors your needs, pace and rhythm. I offer a trauma-informed, somatic, attachment-focused approach to support your healing.

If you are struggling with persistent overthinking, feelings of loneliness even when in the company of others, relationships that don't feel fulfilling, or difficulties with meeting the demands of daily life, I welcome you to reach out. I combine insight-oriented therapy with an attachment-based, somatic approach to help your mind and body connect in new ways and to offer direct, gentle support to your nervous system. As your nervous system begins to experience improved regulation, you may find your symptoms lessen without intense effort and you have more focus, energy and presence in your day to day experience of life. I work with clients who have experienced early life adversity and trauma as well as attachment and bonding difficulties with primary caretakers which have led to issues with trusting others, defining and honoring boundaries, and problems with self-worth and self-esteem. It would be an honor to support you in releasing yourself from the rigid patterns of your past and accessing a fluid, easeful life experience full of purpose and meaning. I welcome your call or email for a consultation.
