Every Day is a Chance to Start Over
I know it can feel isolating to deal with personal struggles, making the road to healing seem like a long and lonely one. My goal is to support you in developing the tools necessary to grow through these challenges. It is important to me that your experience is tailored to your unique needs. You deserve to be seen and heard! I work with adults that have concerns related to gender diversity, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions and self-esteem concerns. I strive to foster an environment of compassion and understanding to allow you to heal on your own terms. Through a client-centered, non-judgmental lens and utilizing EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and gender-affirming care for the LGBTQIA+ community, I know I can help you overcome whatever struggles you are facing and find your path to healing.
