Supporting your mental health journey with personalized, compassionate care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, psychotic, mood, and personality disorders.

Hi, I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 8 years of experience in mental health. I began my journey in 2016 at a state inpatient institute, where I had the unique opportunity to follow patients through their long treatment journeys. One case, in particular, taught me that healing is never a straight line—it’s a process of highs and lows, and I’m here to support you through it all. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, psychosis, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, borderline personality disorder, and bipolar disorder. I’ve worked with neurodivergent individuals, adults, and young adults, and I always meet my clients where they are while keeping the bigger picture of their treatment goals in mind. My approach to care is rooted in genuine compassion and a deep desire to help you achieve your personal health goals. Every client has unique needs, and my priority is to ensure that you feel respected, comfortable, and confident in the care you receive. Together, we’ll navigate your journey to better mental health.
