Hello! My name is Arielle and I am a therapist here in Austin. I feel so lucky to be able to do what I love, which is talking to people like you and helping you process the tough stuff. I specialize in grief and trauma and have a colorful background working with eating disorders, LGBTQ+, anxiety, relationship issues, and more. I am trained in EMDR and a level two Certified Complex Trauma Practitioner, frequently using DBT, motivational interviewing, and CBT. I’m the author of the new book, Adding the E: Perspectives of Grief Through Recounts, Letters, and Poetry. Eating at Wu Chow, playing with elephants, and having water ballon fights are also things that make my life whole. I look forward to working with you!
