I offer companionship and guidance on the road to self-healing and transformation. ‍

When hijacked by emotional pains, our brains revert back to survival mode. In this state we play out old patterns and unprocessed trauma, causing harm to our most cherished relationships.‍ My mission as a relational therapist is to help you break maladaptive behavioral cycles and ways of relating to yourself. In interrupting these patterns, we open new avenues of communication—giving you healthier ways of connecting with the people you love most. I specialize in working with people who struggle with debilitating emotions that interfere with their ability to work, maintain relationships, and participate in the activities they enjoy. I guide people to befriend and nurture their wounded inner child by reparenting themselves as adults. I help my clients alleviate relational conflict, improve communication, prepare for marriage, heal from betrayal, deepen self-awareness and practice tools to build resilience for anxiety, anger, and depression. I draw on a diverse range of evidence-based frameworks and tailor my approach to my clients’ needs. I use a mix of experiential approaches (EFT and AEDP) and directive approaches (CBT, DBT and ACT) to expand their capacity to manage life stress.
