I am dedicated to finding an approach that fits your needs to help you reach your goals and change your story into something that you're proud of!

I am looking forward to meeting you, and I am honored to be able to play a small part in your story. Please know that I think it is so brave of you to even consider taking this step toward wellness! It is my main goal as your therapist to make sure that you get whatever you need out of every single therapy session, and I am dedicated to finding the best approach to fit your needs to improve your mental health and reach your goals. I am EMDR trained for those clients who have past experience with trauma, and I use an integrated approach to therapy in all other areas - pulling from multiple different modalities to create the approach that is best for you. Therapy isn't one size fits all; in fact, I believe that the therapeutic relationship and experience should be tailored to each unique individual.
