I am a queer neurodivergent therapist, my specialties include sexuality, gender diversity, sex/chemical/process addiction, complex trauma, autism, and ADHD. I have been trained to perform Gender Health Evaluations and can provide letters to assist with receiving gender-affirming healthcare. I focus on slowing things down, understanding behavioral patterns, noticing somatic experiences, and accepting the choices we have made. I believe that you are the expert in your life and have the capacity to create meaningful change for yourself. I follow a client-led humanistic acceptance-based model. When we can understand and accept our emotions without applying labels of "good" or "bad", we can use these emotions as tools to meet our needs. I incorporate DBT, IFS, and somatic skills to help identify emotions and Gottman relationship skills to help you with communicating your needs.
