I provide an approach in therapy that is collaborative, person-centered, transparent, strength-based and is rooted in a narrative approach. All clients should feel allowed to bring their most authentic selves to each of their sessions and know that they can expect the same in me, as a practitioner. We will work collectively as a team to develop goals and objectives that align with who you are and what you would like to gift to yourself. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families of many different ages, developmental levels, and life experiences ranging from childhood to adulthood. I am currently seeing clients ages 18+ that are seeking support with: Anxiety Depression Adjustment Issues Grief and Loss Life Transitions Low Self-Esteem Relationship Challenges Communication Difficulties Stress In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities that all of Minnesota's beautiful seasons have to offer. Exploring with my family and dog, spending time on the water and watching a game of hockey with friends are things that fill up my cup.
