(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
My passion is to inspire others to help themselves in order to meet their goals, heal, and find peace.
My passion is to inspire others to help themselves in order to meet their goals, heal, and find peace. I believe everyone has the potential for personal growth and healing and can take an active role in making that happen. I like to help my patients find healthy perceptions of themselves so they can accept themselves as whole and complete. I know that no single approach is right for everyone, and thus focus on meeting my patients where they are at, and work from there. I can integrate a solution-focused approach to help my patients meet their needs as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help refocus them. Throughout my experience over the last 22 years, I have worked with ethnically, linguistically, and culturally diverse populations. You can expect collaboration, compassion, empathy, and honesty. I am a therapist at Octave, a behavioral health practice creating a new standard for mental health care that’s both high-quality and accessible. To learn more about my availability, please reach out to our Client Experience team by emailing or calling.
