Alex Rhees
(He/Him/His)
Licensed Graduate Social Worker, Pre-Licensed Professional
I work with adult adoptees, those in recovery from substance use, and anyone healing from trauma, including childhood trauma and identity-related stress.
I offer trauma-informed therapy using brainspotting, motivational interviewing, and person-centered care. My approach is shaped by my experience as an international adoptee and in recovery. I support clients with identity, addiction, and trauma to build emotional clarity, connection, and healing. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're carrying deep pain. If you're feeling stuck or like no one truly understands, you're not alone. You deserve support that honors your story and helps you move forward. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you take this first step.
