Reach out to me via email to set up an appointment! I'm here for you when you're ready.

I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating life’s complex transitions, including cultural adjustments and major life changes. Having experienced these challenges firsthand, I bring a unique perspective to my work. I provide therapy in English, Hindi, and Urdu, and can also offer basic support in Thai. At the heart of my approach is building a strong therapeutic relationship to create a safe, supportive space for healing and growth. In my counseling practice, I use a holistic approach that looks at how different parts of a person’s life affect them, including their environment, past experiences, and current reality. I help people manage stress, anxiety, depression, and grief. I also work with couples to strengthen their relationships, using proven methods from the Gottman approach. In my role as a counselor, I help individuals explore their strengths, gain self-awareness through reflection, and create goals that I can support to ultimately become a reality. I work with clients to connect them with their communities and build a support system that lasts.
