Adam Morgan
(He/Him/His)
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
I welcome and honor people's differences and offer an authentic space for people to receive personalized, relevant support in a variety of contexts.
Clients seeing me will benefit from developing further insight into their strengths, a fostering (or strengthening) of personal accountability, and nuanced treatment specific to each person. I offer nonjudgmental support to others with a variety of concerns and integrate humor, empathy, and openness into each of my sessions. Clients can also expect knowledge of neurobiological functioning, family systems awareness, and a trauma informed lens to be woven into my practice. I utilize a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) when working with individuals. I'm also a lifelong learner dedicated to integrating new approaches as I learn them. I possess a strong commitment to ethics and carry a vigorous commitment to supporting people in their personal development. I believe everyone deserves help and I take the work I engage in seriously as I assist others. You can expect these qualities to be paired with warmth, empathy, and openness as you enter a space where you can feel secure in your work.
