I welcome and honor people's differences and offer an authentic space for people to receive personalized, relevant support in a variety of contexts.

Clients seeing me will benefit from developing insight into their strengths, a fostering (or improvement) of personal accountability, and nuanced treatment specific to each person. I offer nonjudgmental support to people experiencing a variety of concerns, and I integrate humor (when appropriate), empathy, and openness into each of my sessions. Clients can also expect knowledge of neurobiological functioning, family systems awareness, and a trauma informed lens to be integrated throughout my practice. I also utilize a mixture of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) in my work. I'm a visually impaired clinician and can connect with a variety of perspectives based on personal/professional experiences. I don't take myself too seriously and meet people where they're at. I also value leaning into discomfort and cherish guiding others in that process. Exploring therapy can feel like a big step, so I'm transparent in the process and offer space often for questions/concerns. If therapy is a consideration, take the leap!
