Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Yumi is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Hawaii
Hello, my name is Yumi Lemaster, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I'd love to get to know you and what your primary concerns and issues are that bring you to healing here first and foremost and then work to process deeper core trends and issues that might perpetuate your hurt and pain. I'm also very solution-oriented and like to provide practical tools and spiritual inspirational words to help heal all of you. I like to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help challenge the thoughts and emotions that affect your decisions and choices which may continue to harm you. I also like to utilize person-centered therapy to help you validate and understand yourself as well as to come to accept that no one is perfect and we all need a little more validation and acceptance of those imperfections. I like to provide a very compassionate and validating environment first and foremost for what you might be dealing with, and yet at the same time I like to challenge you to get past the unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that continue to hurt yourself and possibly others that you care about. We will be very in-depth and psychoanalyze things and your life but also be very solution oriented.
