My background in mental wellness, mental health, and mental performance is unique in navigating this continuum in the sport environment. I focus on evidenced based approaches, and I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Re-Processing), NLP-Ericksonian Hypnosis, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
