Tychelle works with individuals and couples who are looking to explore who they are and how they can make sense of the world around them more clearly.

I am so glad that you are here. Whether this is your first time seeking to work with a professional counselor or you are seeking a change in counselors, congratulate yourself because it is a big step in trusting and giving yourself space to seek support, heal, discover, and invest in your own journey. My approach to therapy is grounded in the understanding that we are all a collection of our experiences, but our experiences do not have to dictate how we live and who we are to become. My style is eclectic, client centered and open-minded. I often engage in theories and techniques rooted in somatic therapy, narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, inner-child work, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing. I am here to partner with and support you on your journey to radical self-love, healing, growth, and communicating more effectively in your relationships. This journey will likely not always be easy but if you put in the work with my support, it can be deeply rewarding. My philosophy for therapy is holistic, I believe that our mental health is one portion of our overall health.
