Tracy Shadley

I am a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a strong passion for helping patients achieve their mental health goals. I believe in treating patients as whole individuals, addressing both their physical and mental health needs in a holistic manner. I work with a diverse range of patient populations, with a primary focus on adults, including dementia care. I see patients as young as 13 years old, and my areas of expertise include borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychotic features, alcoholism, and the use of long-acting injectables for more effective treatment. My goal is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and empower individuals to reach their mental health objectives, ultimately helping them lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
