I provide a wide range of psychological treatments and have an extensive background in treating toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Along with a belief in holistic care for both mind and body, I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, in addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), for treating various emotional and psychological concerns, such as anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD, life stressors, trauma, PTSD, behavioral concerns, parenting strategies, coping skills development, emotional regulation training, social skills training, anger management, and many other therapeutic concerns. I believe in building a therapeutic alliance with each patient for encouraging self-exploration and self-awareness resulting in a positive transformation.
