Amber Sebastian
(She/Her/Hers)
Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT)
"There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside of you" (Maya Angelou). I strive to create a safe space where clients feel truly seen.
Amber’s therapeutic approach draws upon Buddhist philosophy and the notion that every human being possesses an innate clarity-- an inner "Self" harboring qualities of compassion, courage, wisdom, and loving-kindness. This aligns well with the language of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a technique she is training in at Clear Path. Amber approaches therapy as a collaborative process wherein clients are gently guided inward with compassionate curiosity, engaging in a process of self-exploration that allows clients to tap into their own inner resources to experience insight, healing, and growth.
