I have immediate availability for new clients, and specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals.

Welcome! My approach to therapy is collaborative and relational. I work to support clients in developing an increasingly complex and embodied understanding of themselves in the context of the relationships and systems that they interact with. Through our work together, clients can expect to uncover habitual patterns of behavior that interfere with living the life they want, and over time to experience an increased sense of choice and flexibility in their actions. I aim to support individuals in developing a greater sense of comfort with themselves, and an increased ability to cope with the inevitable challenges that life offers. My professional background includes working with survivors of interpersonal violence, working with LGBTQ+ individuals in a community mental health setting, and providing individual and group therapy in a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient setting to those experiencing mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Please reach out by email with any questions that you may have or to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. I'm looking forward to talking with you.
