Counselor
Together we can listen to what you need most, ground through the breath and the body, and practice being your true self.
“In all chaos there is a cosmos, in all disorder a secret order.” - C. G. Jung. Whether you are experiencing loss, loneliness, confusion, addiction, depression, or anxiety, your experience has meaning. Together we can listen to what you need most, ground through the breath and the body, and alleviate trauma responses while discovering your authentic self. With a background in Spiritual Direction, religious/spiritual trauma, Jungian depth psychology, and LGBTQIA+ issues, I hold space for you to process your experience and find meaning and connection along your path. Along with deep listening I also often work with dream images, creative expression, parts-work, and EMDR. Your whole self is welcome and celebrated here. Your identity, abilities, expression, desires, and hopes are held gently and fiercely. I honor your own inner authority and I support you in making choices aligned with your most authentic self. Together we listen deeply, tending the heart and soul of who you are so that you can show up fully for your life.
