I welcome all those needing support to feel connected, empowered and confident to meet life's challenges.

I look forward to providing you the safety net and assurance that you need to live life more fully. I have been in practice for over ten years in a variety of settings. I understand from my personal and professional life that people don't come in neat labels and that their challenges often cut across a number of domains that include their sense of self, confidence, family dynamics, social life and ability. So, I approach my practice by being open to what you have to say and then working with you to define what might be "better." Sometimes it's a previous level of ability and for others, they've always felt in the shadows of their life. Whatever it is, I will work with you to feel confident and capable. My clients reflect the diversity of my interests and experiences and include those identifying as neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, BI&POC, Caucasian, Mixed-Race. The truth is many of us find ourselves at intersections and intersecting identities. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcome. My approach is typically attachment-relationally based and trauma focused. That means that I support your connecting to inner experience, others and a sense of purpose.
