(She/Her/Hers)
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
My goal is to empower individuals, couples, and families in embracing strengths, restoring hope, and overcome challenges. I'm here to walk alongside you!
I have a passion for serving clients and families on their journey to growth and healing. As I believe no client or family is the same, I tailor my approach to fit their needs and goals for treatment. My experience includes working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families; addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, marital/couple and family dynamics, mood disorders, and various other mental health disorders. Pulling from a diverse array of career and educational experiences, I use a systemic approach to therapy that focuses in the individual, as well as their interaction patterns with others in their environment. I use a blend of treatment modalities such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Gottman Method. I aim to walk alongside my clients, and, empower them in embracing their strengths, restoring hope, and overcoming challenges. I seek to know and learn from them as I believe they are experts in their experiences. Fair, compassionate, and impartial treatment are of utmost importance in my work, and I hope to collaborate in discovering sustainable solutions.
