I welcome all backgrounds and identities to the practice.

Hello! First off I want to congratulate you for taking the first step to getting help. It takes a lot of strength and courage to do. I have over ten years of experience working with children and adolescents. I also have experience working with adults. My work experience has come through school settings, non-profit organizations, domestic violence shelters, community mental health organizations, department of social services, and leisure, entertainment, and recreational (Parks and Recreation) sectors. I work with individuals with anxiety, academic concerns, depression, life transitions, work-related issues, trauma, faith-based counseling, and interpersonal concerns. I believe counseling should be holistic and person-centered. I seek to help clients come out of places of darkness and to embrace the light. I enjoy walking alongside children, adolescents, and young adults as they partake in their journey of healing and wholeness. Fun Fact....During my free time, I enjoy shopping, taking walks in the park, eating strawberry cupcakes, and sleeping. If you are ready to begin your healing journey, feel free to contact me. Please EMAIL me initially for a consultation. Happy Healing!
