Hi, I'm Stefanie. I work with trauma including religious trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

Welcome! Seeking therapy is a courageous action step. I approach therapy from a collaborative stance. I pull from person centered, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral and acceptance and commitment theories. I am also trained in EMDR. I use a strength based and compassionate focused view. I specialize in assisting people with anxiety, depression, life transitions and trauma including religious trauma.
