I believe in meeting each individual and relationship where they are at. All folks are doing the best they are able, and together we can hold space for your unique experiences and develop goals that fit where you want to grow. I am particularly interested in working with couples and relationships, neurodiversity (autism, OCD, ADHD), individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and pre-med or medical students. As a systemic therapist, I approach each individual and relationship holistically, with an emphasis on autonomy. I aim to utilize Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and DBT, while tapping further into strengths-based approaches, attachment theory, and other approaches suited for each individual. I have completed Level 1 training from the Gottman Institute and Level 1 course from the Institute for Relational Intimacy in Consensual Non-Monogamy. Additionally, I am Level 1 trained by an EMDRIA approved trainer.
