I belive we all possess components to thrive. Together we'll identify & learn to practice one's values, needs & desires as an inner guide to flourish.

I enjoy working with a diverse population, including with trauma survivors, those with mental & health illnesses, chronic medical conditions & grief & loss. Simply put, my therapeutic approach focuses on a holistic understanding of you as an individual. Through observing & considering your emotions, thoughts, experiences & actions, I work to understand these interrelationships & the impact on your daily life. Your personal history, personality, work approach, interpersonal relations & views of others & the world all help me to understand your experience more fully. A key aspect we often begin with is strengthening your physical well-being as a foundation for a healthy mind-body connection. Through years of practicing as a psychologist, I believe that stabilizing our biology is essential for our psychological vitality, not just our physical longevity. This includes considering medical conditions, nutrition, activity levels, fatigue, stress, hobbies, mindfulness, for example. Simultaneously, our therapeutic work will focus on acquiring coping skills, psychological health education of mental processes to develop insight & implement strategies for change & wellness maintenance.
