I am looking forward to meeting you! I specialize in working with teens and adults who have experienced trauma (both acute and longer term, such as childhood trauma) and their symptoms (anxiety, depression, feeling disconnected, difficulty sleeping, difficulty feeling safe, problems in relationships) are impacting their lives. I am an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) certified therapist and weave in somatic aspects--including trauma-informed yoga and polyvagal tapping.
