I love working with individuals 12-28 from all walks of life to cope with their distress and find self-acceptance and healing. Immediate availability.

Hello! I have been practicing for the past 3 years, specifically focused on working with individuals 12 to 28 with depression, anxiety, OCD, disordered eating patterns, and self-confidence struggles. LGBTQIA+, involved in an alternative lifestyle (D/s, poly), are a geek or nerd, or anyone in between, you'll find acceptance. I am rather flexible when it comes to therapy sessions and like to tailor the sessions to your specific wants and needs. Want to blast music, play a video game together, scream into the void, or have traditional talk therapy? I will adapt to you while still calling you out and pushing for growth. I utilize a lot of humor, including dark humor, in sessions, while still adhering to evidence-based strategies to help you on your journey in healing. Online therapy/telehealth sessions with me can provide the space you need to explore your difficulties and find a path forward in the comfort of your own home. Feel free to give me a call, or if calling someone makes you want to cringe, shoot me an email and we can see if I would be a good fit for you. :)
