I primarily use cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused approaches in therapy with the aim of helping people to actualize the life they want.

I primarily use cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused approaches in therapy, with the aim of helping individuals to recognize the interplay between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and help them to better manage the stresses of life. I also have extensive experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. My treatment is typically time-limited, present-focused, and solution-oriented. I aim to apply evidence-based treatments with all my clients. That said, I view individuals' difficulties through a competence lens, recognizing that we all strive to do well and feel good but sometimes struggle to achieve these ends.
