Helping you rebuild hope in every area of your life - Hope Rebuilt, LLC
I believe in the power of the therapeutic process and the ability of every individual to experience peace and fulfillment in their lives. As a therapist, my goal is to create an empathetic, safe space for my clients to be vulnerable enough to explore some of their most difficult challenges. I see myself as a partner to my clients and aim to help them develop the willingness to sit with their emotions, the awareness to identify their personal goals, and provide encouragement for them to realize their agency. I strive to help guide individuals in discovering their authentic selves and work alongside them to build the tools and resources they need to take action and show up as their full selves. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, individuals, and families navigating complex challenges relating to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, racial and gender identity, and self-esteem issues. I meet my clients where they are at with compassion and a strengths-based, affirming approach.
