Savannah Henderson, LPCC
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
I specialize in attachment therapy, relationships, sex and intimacy, and boundary work. My goal is to help all my clients work towards their ideal self.
I work with folks on building and achieving our mental wellness goals. I specialize in working with queer folk but welcome all in my practice. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in higher education and I have a strong understanding of the stressors specific to college students. I utilize several different therapeutic approaches to support you in managing anxiety and depression, balance school stressors, unpack trauma, set healthy boundaries for yourself and others, understand how our early attachment impacts us presently, and improve your relationships with your partner, family, or friends. My focus is to help you examine issues/problems that are present in your life and find new paths forward that promote growth, health, and happiness. I offer a challenge and support role and ask you to consider new perspectives, alternative considerations, and step outside your comfort zone, but I am always by your side with empathy, compassion, and support. Reach out today and lets get started on your therapy journey!
