I am an autistic, queer, and agender therapist who specializes in neuro-affirming, decolonizing, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy.

I see each client as a whole person who is the expert of their own experience. I am neuro-affirming, which means I do not believe anyone's body-mind is "disordered." I specialize in helping clients carve a Self-led path outside of neuronormativity and pathology paradigms. I use a relational, trauma-informed, decolonizing approach. I see clients 16+, focusing on the following populations: LGBTQIA+, autistics, ADHDers, survivors of religious trauma, and 2e/3e people. I utilize lived experience, parts work, somatics, creative writing, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. I practice cultural humility and competence. I actively listen to diverse voices in the community so that I can empathetically and sensitively help clients of all ethnicities, classes, abilities, beliefs, etc. It would be a privilege to be a part of your journey!
