I am looking forward to meeting you. I've been a licensed counselor since 2009 in TN and IL seeing the emerging adult and adult populations. My MS in Kinesiology helped me specialize with sports and performance psychology, seeing student-athletes, musicians, and those wanting to do everything possible to have more confidence and resilience, enhancing performance. I commonly see performance anxiety, ADHD, and teach mental training tools, as well as those struggling with injuries, relationships, and life transitions.
