The stories we tell ourselves about our lives are just as important and meaningful as the actions we take. Together, we can bring your strengths to the forefront to allow you to live the life you want, not the one others think you should have. As a systemic therapist, I expand the conversation to acknowledge the complexity of the human experience. This means that we will talk about race, class, gender, sex, and so much more. I work with individuals, couples, polycules, and friends, as well as chosen, biological, and adoptive families where all members are above 14 years of age. I use Narrative Therapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to help you rewrite your own story. Generous sliding fee scale available upon request.
