I believe that counseling can be transformative at all stages of life. Let's explore and grow together.

I believe that counseling can be transformative at all ages and stages in life. Our constantly changing world presents new challenges everyday. I would be honored to support you in your journey to find answers, meaning, and understanding in this confusing world I have always enjoyed working with people. My passion for caring for and helping others led me to pursue a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at N.C. State University. I believe that every individual is unique and has a special set of talents. I mainly utilize person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and strengths-based approaches, and I am always willing to incorporate faith into these approaches at your request. If you find yourself overwhelmed with organization, difficulty making decisions, or struggling with self-esteem I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story.
