I believe that people possess great insight and can benefit from a little help in uncovering holistic solutions to life's challenges.
Hello, I am looking forward to meeting you! I have been practicing for 10 years in a range of social work and treatment settings ranging from intensive inpatient hospitals to my current private practice. I enjoy working with adults in various stages of recovery, be it from burnout, childbirth, divorce, career transitions, empty nesting, first-time adulting, alcoholism, chronic pain, addiction, grief, generational family dysfunction, marginalization, or cultural toxicity. I approach treatment from a strengths perspective, use evidence-based strategies, and will work with you collaboratively to set goals. I value the inherent dignity of all human beings, believe Black lives matter, work to make implicit bias known to myself, and practice to be a safe provider for all gender expressions and sexual orientations.
