I believe that people possess great insight and can benefit from a little help in uncovering holistic solutions to life's challenges.

Hello, I am looking forward to meeting you! I have been practicing for 10 years in a range of social work and treatment settings ranging from intensive inpatient hospitals to my current private practice. My ideal client is curious about their inner world and seeks deeper self-understanding. They may struggle with anxiety, trauma, or life transitions and feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. They need a safe space to explore their emotions, reconnect with their body, and integrate past experiences. Their goal is to cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and authenticity. They want to feel more grounded, empowered, and connected—to themselves and others—so they can live with greater ease and purpose.I am an IFS & Somatic Experiencing practitioner with 20+ years of experience in yoga and meditation. I combine these practices with my clinical expertise to create a holistic treatment approach. I honor the inherent dignity of all individuals, strive to recognize my own implicit biases, and am committed to providing inclusive care for BIPOC, as well as people of all sexual orientations and gender expressions.
