People come to me seeking change -- to relieve depression or anxiety, to ease a difficult transition, for support with family or relationship troubles, to become more skillful with others and to bring their lives closer to their ideals. Sometimes therapy uses a lot of problem-solving, sometimes a lot of humor. Sometimes it involves telling your story in a way that helps you take a new role you haven't taken before.
