I work with people who are struggling with mental health symptoms, challenging life situations, or are going through major life transitions.

I am a trauma-informed therapist and I primarily utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as I compassionately join you on your healing journey to become the grounded, sturdy, and confident person you want to be in the world. I love to work with teens and adults on issues like depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I am particularly interested in the life transitions through adolescence and young adulthood, and perinatal mental health - pregnancy, birth, life with a newborn, and the struggles associated with parenting young children, sibling rivalry, and co-parenting. Life transitions and traumatic events, can cause you to feel overwhelmed, isolated, frustrated, filled with anger, shame, worry, sadness, and/or doubt. Life feels flipped upside-down and you hardly recognize yourself, your body, thoughts, moods, or behaviors, and your lived experiences do not match what you anticipated. You are not alone in your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe you are a good person having a hard time. You are brave and resilient.
