Therapy can be a big step and I hope to help you achieve insight through a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
I tend to view psychotherapy as relatively similar to physical therapy. You may come in with a few minor aches and pains or maybe you’ve come in with a major injury and are unable to function. My role is to not just ease your pain but work with you to gradually get back on your feet and on your way to becoming your best self. In therapy, I use CBT approaches, as well as various parts of other modalities such as ACT & DBT. I have worked with various types of people, ranging from ages 18 to 70+. I also pride myself on a history of working with various minority populations, military veterans, and emerging adults (adults ages 18-29). Feel free to fill out this form on our website via the link, or call 267-861-3685, option 1 when prompted. This way, our referral coordinators can get your profile set up and you can have access to the intake paperwork. When you reach out, let them know that you are looking to schedule an appointment with me (Dr. Robert Campbell).
