I am passionate about providing approachable, evidence-based therapy for the treatment of OCD, Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors, and Anxiety Disorders.

Hi! My name is Rennie, and I specialize in offering evidence-based practices for Anxiety Disorders. I work with clients experiencing Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Perfectionism, Social Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (hair pulling and skin picking disorders). Many of my clients are interested in short term, targeted treatment which are semi-structured in nature. Others prefer on-going treatment aimed at more generalized themes of self growth, managing anxiety/depression blend, reducing avoidance and procrastinating behaviors, and improving self care and relationships. I honor all of my clients' lived experiences and work with those of all identities and walks of life. While I have extensive academic training and clinical experience, I try to approach the therapy room in a human and relational way, finding humor in situations and reflecting each client's strengths. I support my clients at their unique pace, take time to address personal goals, and work collaboratively to walk a path where healing can be beneficial.
