Regina Bill

Hello, all. I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you. I consider it my privilege to help you along your journey. I have been practicing counseling for about two years in a variety of settings. I work with people of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures. I have quite a bit of experience working with kiddos and with adults struggling with substance abuse. I base my therapy practices on the needs of my clients; however, I often emphasize the need for mindfulness and self-compassion. You will find that I use a lot of dialectical behavioral therapy skills and adopt a person-centered approach, depending on what my clients need. In other words, I work on skill building and make sure that my clients are met with genuineness, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. I want my clients to feel heard and respected.
