Every Day is a Chance to Start Over
Have you ever needed someone to talk to and yet felt as if you had no one to turn to? Or worse, opened up and was vulnerable to someone only to receive a blank stare or have them try to connect with you by innocently shifting the conversation to their experience? Here at Inner Balance, you are the primary and central focus. I appreciate the courage of vulnerability and provide a safe space for you to explore past, present and future while offering the support and validation you need to evolve into the person you want to be. Prior to becoming a counselor, I gained experience in working with children, adolescents and adults as a behavior specialist. Throughout my journey, I have acquired skills to work with different populations and diverse backgrounds in making life’s challenges manageable. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, and Borderline Personality Disorder. Rest assured, you have found the right place. I am here for you!
