Helping students navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions, especially in immigrant and multicultural communities. Bilingual in Mandarin.

Hi, I’m Vicky, a bilingual (Mandarin) LCSW with a Doctor of Social Work from Adelphi University. I’m here to support you through life’s challenges, whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, or big life transitions—especially as part of an immigrant or multicultural community. In my work at a community health center, I had the privilege of helping immigrant families, mostly from Asian backgrounds, adjust to life in a new country. I understand how overwhelming transitions can be, and my goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and internal family systems (IFS) to help clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I also integrate mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and improve emotional balance. Most importantly, I tailor my approach to what works best for you. Therapy is a collaborative journey—you’re the expert on your own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you. My goal is to create a warm, trusting space where you feel comfortable being yourself and discovering ways to move forward. If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect!
