Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. Whether it be uncontrollable worry, feeling anxious or on edge, feeling down, not feeling good enough no matter what you do, or always worrying about what others think. Or maybe you are getting frustrated easily, experiencing difficulty setting boundaries with others, or having arguments with your partner that never feel resolved. In the midst of the struggle, it can be difficult to give yourself the compassion you deserve and it can be easy to get discouraged. I work with individuals, couples and families to help them navigate all these challenges. My goal is to help you realize your own strength. I can teach you skills that will help you be kinder to yourself, recognize and meet your own needs, communicate more effectively with others, and help you find fulfillment. I use techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my work.
