Rachel Preloh

I help with anxiety, assault, sexual abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, and trauma. My approach to therapeutic work is holistic, meaning that I integrate body, mind, and spirit interventions while seeing you as the whole person you are. I seek to make therapy a collaborative process, as you are the expert of your life. I work from a person-centered, strengths-based, antiracist, and trauma-informed lens, incorporating different approaches depending on your needs. I include mindfulness, yoga, somatic practices, eye move desensitization and reprocessing, and creative interventions to support you in reconnecting with yourself. I love spending time outdoors and believe nature can be a great healer. You can often find me running, hiking, cooking, learning to surf, reading, hanging with friends, and trying out all of the taco spots around San Diego!
