I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I try to offer affordable mental health counseling, because I believe that therapy should be accessible to all who need it. I also offer art therapy, play therapy, and life coaching. I want to help you to feel better--and help you to achieve the goals that matter to you. At times, therapy takes effort, but it's rewarding to see the results! For over a decade, I've provided therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families within a number of settings, including: my private practice, two outpatient mental health centers, two hospitals, two nursing homes, several schools, a substance abuse treatment program, an eating disorder treatment center, and a community college. I usually start with a client-centered approach, to help people process their feelings, clarify their needs, and identify their strengths.
