Thank you for taking the time to consider working together, I would be honored to work alongside you towards your goals.

I am a committed and passionate clinical social worker, focused on supporting people on their path towards healing and change. My hope is to provide a space to process and reflect on significant events in your life while also providing specific skills or strategies. I support people looking to reduce anxiety, cope with and process difficult changes, and improve relationships. Therapy can be a vulnerable experience, though ultimately can lead towards meaningful change. I use a collaborative trauma informed approach focused on your goals. I use ACT, psychodynamic, and mindfulness based approaches in therapy. I have experience working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, life changes, relationship concerns, and perfectionism. I work from a stance of cultural humility, honoring all intersecting aspects of who you are. I am LGBTQ+ affirming. I offer a kind, compassionate, and supportive space to reflect on your experience and values. Thank you for taking the time to consider me as your therapist, it would be an honor to work alongside you towards more balance and fulfillment.
