Reaching out for counseling can be a big step, and I'm here to support you each step of the way in working towards healing, growth, and owning your story!

I'm Perrin - I'm a licensed clinical mental health counselor and music therapist passionate about helping young people better their mental health. Through my experience in the field, I have developed expertise treating depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and trauma. I am a firm believer in utilizing a strengths-based approach in my work and assisting clients in developing greater self-esteem and self-advocacy skills. You can expect someone real in sessions who meets you where you are - no therapist robot here! I believe that a good therapist is warm, supportive, and validating while gently challenging clients to fulfill their goals and meet their potential. I am trained in approaches to effectively address depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress.I look forward to working with and supporting you!
