I fully believe in the power of therapy, of human connection, & how being honest about where you are at can be healing & empowering.

I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety and life transitions, and trauma. I am currently undergoing training & certification to become a PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certification). I have a passion for helping people gain insight into their emotional and behavioral patterns to help them become more kind to themselves. I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental environment to process difficulties big and small. I would love to help you work through and process life’s challenges to help you become the best version of yourself. If you truly desire change and are motivated and willing to put in the work, I believe change and healing are possible. In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter (and my dog, Hoosier!). I also enjoy being outside, doing anything creative, and reading.
