Are you ready for change but feel like you just don't know where to start? Then it may be tie to ask for help and I'm here.

Given a magic wand, most people would change something about their lives. If you're ready for change but you don't know where to start, I would be glad to help. I've worked for a variety of community organizations that gave me the opportunity to serve people struggling with trauma, chemical dependency, housing instability, the criminal justice system, CPS, etc. All of those experiences taught me (among other things) that change is difficult but possible. When we are working to change our lives, we will experience set backs and the "magic" is in getting up the next day and trying again. EMDR has been a tool that has allowed me to help clients set themselves free from hurt and pain that kept them stuck for years, even decades. I got certified so that I could deepen my understanding and increase my skills and I only regret not doing it sooner. In graduate school, I was introduced to Gottman and his work. After reading several of his books, I decided to pursue his trainings and saw my clients getting so much from his tools that I kept seeking additional trainings and now I'm Gottman III.
